Last updated August 8, 2026. This policy reflects Rubbl Media Group’s current agency and creative-technology positioning and should be reviewed alongside any project-specific agreement.

1. Project-specific terms control

Deposits, milestones, cancellation rights and refund eligibility are primarily governed by the signed agreement or accepted proposal for the project.

2. Work already performed

Fees associated with completed work, committed resources, approved milestones, purchased licenses, third-party costs or non-cancellable expenses are generally not refundable.

3. Deposits and scheduling

Deposits may reserve capacity and initiate discovery, planning or production. Whether a deposit is refundable depends on the applicable written agreement and work already performed.

4. Client cancellation

If a client cancels an engagement, Rubbl may invoice for work completed, approved expenses and other amounts allowed by the agreement through the effective cancellation date.

5. Rubbl cancellation

If Rubbl ends an engagement without client breach, any refund or transition obligations will be handled according to the written agreement and the status of completed work.

6. Digital products and third parties

Refunds for domains, hosting, licenses, advertising, software subscriptions, stock assets or other third-party purchases are subject to the third party’s own rules.

7. Requests

Cancellation or refund requests should be submitted in writing to the project contact or askus@rubbl.media and should identify the project and reason for the request.
