Last updated August 8, 2026. This policy reflects Rubbl Media Group’s current agency and creative-technology positioning and should be reviewed alongside any project-specific agreement.

1. Acceptance

By using Rubbl-controlled websites or digital properties, you agree to these general terms. Paid client engagements are also governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, contract or order terms.

2. Services

Rubbl may provide brand strategy, identity, creative production, websites, ecommerce, UX/UI, software and application development, product strategy, AI integrations, automation, internal tools and related technology or growth services.

3. Estimates, scope and timelines

Website descriptions, Project Builder recommendations and preliminary conversations are not binding proposals. Final scope, fees, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies and timelines are established in a written agreement.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, approvals, access, content and accurate information reasonably required to perform the work. Delays in those dependencies may affect schedules and costs.

5. Third-party platforms

Projects may depend on hosting companies, payment processors, APIs, software platforms, model providers, social networks, marketplaces or other third parties. Rubbl is not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions or failures outside our reasonable control.

6. AI-assisted work

Rubbl may use AI-assisted tools for research, ideation, prototyping, development, automation or production. Human review and project-specific judgment remain part of our process, but AI systems can produce incomplete or inaccurate outputs and may be subject to third-party terms.

7. Payments

Payment schedules, deposits, recurring charges if any, late fees and project-specific cancellation terms are set out in the applicable agreement or invoice.

8. Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing are governed by the applicable client agreement and our Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.

9. No guaranteed business outcome

Rubbl designs and builds toward agreed objectives, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, sales, investment, audience growth or other business results unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.

10. Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by law, liability and remedies may be limited by the applicable agreement. We may update website terms as our services evolve. Contact askus@rubbl.media with questions.
