Last updated August 9, 2026. This policy reflects Rubbl Media Group’s current agency and creative-technology positioning and should be reviewed alongside any project-specific agreement.
1. Storage technologies
Cookies and similar browser-storage technologies can be used to operate websites, remember preferences and understand how visitors use a site. This policy covers those technologies as well as the optional first-party analytics controls available on Rubbl.media.
2. Categories we use
Rubbl uses browser storage for essential preferences such as your analytics choice. With your permission, Rubbl may also collect first-party interaction events such as page views, CTA clicks, case-study opens, scroll-depth milestones and Project Builder step progression. The analytics system is designed not to collect form contents, keystrokes, session recordings or the text you enter into Project Builder and support forms.
3. First-party analytics and third-party tools
The current Rubbl analytics foundation is first-party and sends approved interaction events back to Rubbl infrastructure. Some embedded or third-party services may use their own technologies if enabled in the future; their practices would be governed by their own policies and any consent controls required for that configuration.
4. Your controls
When the privacy notice appears, you can choose Essential only, Allow analytics, or open Manage to review the available categories. The site, Project Builder and support tools continue to work when optional analytics are declined. Your selection is stored so the site can remember it, and you can reopen the panel at any time using Privacy choices in the footer.
Rubbl also checks browser signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control on a first visit and defaults optional analytics off when those signals are present. You can still change the selection yourself using Privacy choices.
5. Changes and questions
This policy may change when our website tools or legal obligations change. Questions may be sent to askus@rubbl.media.
For the broader picture of information Rubbl may receive through website inquiries, support and project interactions, read the Privacy Policy.
