Last updated August 8, 2026. This policy reflects Rubbl Media Group’s current agency and creative-technology positioning and should be reviewed alongside any project-specific agreement.
1. Scope and who we are
Rubbl Media is the public-facing brand of Rubbl Media Group ("Rubbl," "we," "us"). This policy applies when you visit our websites, submit an inquiry, use our Project Builder, purchase or engage our services, or otherwise communicate with us.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email, phone number, company information, project details, support requests, billing details and communications. We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, referral information, cookies and similar usage data.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and deliver brand, creative, digital, product, software, AI, automation, ecommerce and related services; operate and improve our websites; process transactions; provide support; protect against misuse; comply with law; and send communications where permitted.
4. Service providers and processing
We may use service providers for hosting, email, analytics, cloud infrastructure, automation, payment processing, project management and other operational functions. Providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Payments
Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Rubbl does not need to store complete payment-card numbers or security codes when those details are processed directly by the payment provider.
6. AI and automation
Some Rubbl services and internal workflows may use artificial intelligence, automation or third-party model providers. We aim to use appropriate safeguards and minimize unnecessary personal or confidential information in those systems. Client-specific handling requirements may also be addressed in a written agreement.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We may share information with service providers, contractors, professional advisers, transaction partners where necessary, or legal authorities when required. We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information when needed to protect Rubbl, our clients, users or others.
8. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, contractual obligations, recordkeeping, dispute resolution and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, opt out of marketing, or request information about our practices. Requests may be sent to askus@rubbl.media.
10. Children
Rubbl Media’s agency and business services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through this agency website.
11. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, preferences, analytics and—if enabled—marketing. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services, technology or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted here with a revised date. Questions may be sent to askus@rubbl.media.
